Most coffee is organic. When you grow a crop so far up its difficult to get pesticides and alike to the farm. Also the costs of these pesticides means there not open to everyone. So I wonder why someone would go to the cost and inconvenience of getting coffee certified organic. Well in the market place organic coffee fetch’s a better price, and lazy farmers who want a better price can use this tactic. Many organic samples we try are below par and uninspiring, so chasing organic lines is difficult. So this can restrict the beans available and make a blend difficult to make up. This is why were so happy with this blend that is a fusion of Brazilian, Guatemalan, that is balanced rich smooth with a great chocolate mouthfeel.
